By using Cuddles you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Cuddles is not a medical device. Reference ranges and answers from Ask are general information and can be wrong. They are not a diagnosis, and they do not replace your baby's clinician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account
You must be an adult to create an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the people you invite to your household. Only add information you are entitled to share.
Purchases
Cuddles is free to download. Some features can be unlocked for each child with a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Apple or Google handles payments and refunds under its own rules. If a purchase is refunded, we may remove what it unlocked.
Ask
Ask answers from what your family has logged and can make mistakes. Check anything that matters. Free use of Ask has a daily message limit.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to break or probe it, or use it to harm anyone. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Your log belongs to you and your family. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Cuddles for you.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Cuddles reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Cuddles and delete your account at any time from You → Profile → Delete account. Our Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app, and continuing to use Cuddles means you accept it. Questions go to support@cuddles.live.
