I didn't get my sign-in code.
Check your spam folder, then request a new code. Make sure you typed the same address you signed up with.
I logged something by mistake.
Tap undo on the bar that appears right after logging. Later, open the entry from Day or History to edit or delete it.
How do I add my partner, a grandparent or a nanny?
Open You → Family settings, invite them by email, and choose Can edit or Can view only.
Can I bring my data from Huckleberry?
Yes. Export from Huckleberry, then open You → Import from Huckleberry in Cuddles.
Something I bought isn't showing.
Email us with your store receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I delete my account?
Open You → Profile → Delete account. The Privacy Policy explains what it removes.
Is Cuddles medical advice?
No. It keeps a careful record, and for health questions it points you to your baby's clinician. See the Terms.
